Nexpep signs a Sub-Licence Agreement (Agreement) with British Technology Group Inter-Corporate Licensing Limited (BTG) for the background Intellectual Property on Nexvax2.
Dr Bob Anderson is named as one of the Inventors on the three patents acquired by BTG from the University of Oxford under a licence agreement in 2002. The agreement is an exclusive world wide sub-licence subject to a number of milestone achievements.
